Refund & Return Policy

At GERSON CLEANING LLC, we provide professional on-site cleaning services (and occasional physical cleaning products). This policy outlines terms for service refunds and product returns for bookings/purchases via gersoncleaning.com.

Overview

  • Service Refunds: Eligible within 30 calendar days of service completion (issues must be reported within 15 days of service for verification).
  • Product Returns: Eligible within 30 calendar days of delivery (for physical cleaning supplies/equipment purchased alongside services).

To qualify:

  • Services: Must fail to meet agreed-upon standards (verified by our team).
  • Products: Must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Cases

  • Services:
    • Change of mind post-service.
    • Issues reported >15 days after service.
    • Cancellations <24 hours before service (50% fee applies) or no-shows (100% fee).
  • Products:
    • Opened/used cleaning supplies.
    • Custom-branded cleaning equipment.

Refund/Return Process

  1. Services:
    • Submit a request to sarria@gersoncleaning.com with booking ID, service date, and issue details (photos/videos recommended).
    • Our team reviews within 3 business days; approved refunds process in 7–10 days to your original payment method.
  2. Products:

    • Include your order ID in the package. You cover return shipping (non-refundable) unless the product is defective.
    • Refunds process within 7 days of product receipt.

Partial Refunds

  • Services: 20–50% of the fee for partially completed services (due to access restrictions, etc.).
  • Products: 50% of the price for items returned without original packaging (unused).
