This policy applies to physical cleaning products purchased via gersoncleaning.com (our on-site services require no shipping).
1. Order Processing & Delivery
- Processing: 1–2 business days (excluding holidays).
- Delivery: 2–5 business days via USPS/UPS (U.S. only; no international shipping).
- Shipping Fees:
- Free standard shipping for orders >$50.
- $4.99 flat fee for orders <$50.
- Expedited shipping (1–2 days): $12.99.
2. Address Accuracy
You are responsible for correct shipping details. Returned packages due to incorrect addresses incur a $10 re-shipping fee.
3. Damaged/Lost Packages
- Report damaged/lost packages to sarria@gersoncleaning.com within 3 days of delivery.
- We will replace defective/damaged products at no cost (photos required for verification).
