At GERSON CLEANING LLC, we provide professional on-site cleaning services (and occasional physical cleaning products). This policy outlines terms for service refunds and product returns for bookings/purchases via gersoncleaning.com.
Overview
- Service Refunds: Eligible within 30 calendar days of service completion (issues must be reported within 15 days of service for verification).
- Product Returns: Eligible within 30 calendar days of delivery (for physical cleaning supplies/equipment purchased alongside services).
To qualify:
- Services: Must fail to meet agreed-upon standards (verified by our team).
- Products: Must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Cases
- Services:
- Change of mind post-service.
- Issues reported >15 days after service.
- Cancellations <24 hours before service (50% fee applies) or no-shows (100% fee).
- Products:
- Opened/used cleaning supplies.
- Custom-branded cleaning equipment.
Refund/Return Process
- Services:
- Submit a request to sarria@gersoncleaning.com with booking ID, service date, and issue details (photos/videos recommended).
- Our team reviews within 3 business days; approved refunds process in 7–10 days to your original payment method.

Partial Refunds

- Products: 50% of the price for items returned without original packaging (unused).
