- Services: Residential/commercial on-site cleaning (deep cleans, office cleans, carpet cleans, etc.).
- Products: Occasional physical items (eco-friendly cleaning supplies, small equipment).
2. Billing & Payment
- Billing Type:
- Services: One-time payments (unless “Monthly Cleaning Plan” (subscription) is selected at checkout).
- Products: One-time payments.
- Billing Descriptor: Appears as gersoncleaning.com – On-Site Cleaning/Products.
- Payment: Full payment due at booking/purchase confirmation.
3. Booking/Purchase Requirements
Before completing your transaction, you must:
- Provide accurate property address (for services) or shipping details (for products).
- Check the mandatory checkbox confirming:”I have read, understood, and agree to GERSON CLEANING LLC’s Terms & Conditions, Refund & Return Policy, and Privacy Policy.”
4. Service Execution
- Cleaners arrive within a 2-hour scheduled window (reminder sent 24 hours prior).
- We reserve the right to reschedule for extreme weather or access denials.
- Cleaning supplies/equipment are provided (unless you request to use your own).
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Damages to unsecured valuables or pre-existing property issues.
- Service delays due to traffic/emergencies.
- Product damages from improper use.
